My recent experience with optimum dumpsters was a very positive one. Their service was exceptional from start to finish. The dumpster was delivered on time and placed exactly where I requested. Communication was excellent, with clear explanations of the entire process. I really appreciated their flat rate pricing, which meant I knew exactly what I was paying wi thout any hidden costs. Having used them twice in the past, I can confidently say their customer service is top-notch, always prioritizing the client and providing full disclosure on fees and expectations. Highly recommended!
