I hired Mr. Oquendo to clean my house, and my husband hired him to clean his place of business. We are both impressed with the quality of Mr. Oquendo’s work. Mr. Oquendo is not only thorough, but he also goes above and beyond! The sinks in my husband’s office building look brand new! They are in fact 30+ years old, and they had hard water stains on them. Not anymore! Mr. Oquendo literally sanded the stains off!! And, the amount we paid was more than fair for the spectacular quality of the job. If you hire Oquendo cleaning, you will not be disappointed!
Sam did an incredible job and went above and beyond what I expected him to do for the deep cleaning my condo needed for it be listed. I would definitely recommend Sam if you need a deep clean to get your space move out ready.
Sammy is very personable and extremely helpful. He is willing to do whatever I needed. I was very pleased.
Great clean! Thanks for the last minute scheduling too!
Sam did an amazing job for us for a fair price. He was also super communicative and ensured I know everything that was happening every step along the way. I would hire him again without hesitation.
