OrganiClean describes itself on its website as a house cleaning service that also offers deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning and post-construction cleaning. The site lists a service area that includes Thomaston, Rockport, Rockland, Nobleboro, Wiscasset and Waldoboro. A 2022 customer wrote that a cleaning with Grace was very detail oriented. A 2026 customer who used the service for several months said the cleaners were decent but the owners were difficult to work with. That 2026 customer said they paid $65/hr and were given a different cleaner at a different day and time each week unless they paid extra for both, and that a cleaning they planned to be home for at 4pm was shifted the day before to 9am. The same 2026 customer said that after a cleaner left early and later called out sick, the owner said they would no longer be able to service the property, with no explanation or refund for the service they did not receive.
“OrganiClean”
We used their services for several months. The cleaners are decent but the owners are difficult to work with. You pay $65/hr and youre provided with a different cleaner at a different day and time each week unless you pay extra for both. Which means the cleanings are not consistent. You may prepare to be available to be home at 4pm and then the schedule is shifted the day prior to the cleaning to 9am. As a working professional this was a nightmare. Also if someone calls out you aren't able to reschedule for that week. We no longer use the services because our cleaner needed to leave early and we were not refunded the time difference. We were told our next cleaning would be cheaper to accommodate her leaving early before. She called out sick and when I tried to reschedule the owner said they will no longer be able to service our property with no explanation or refund for the service we didn't recieve. Overall the service was easy more of a hassle then it was worth.
Always a great experience with Organiclean. Yesterday’s cleaning with Grace was exceptional, very detail oriented. Would highly recommend!
