Their service stinks. Cut grass too short, weedwacked flower beds and killed flowers, never here more than 10 to 15 minutes and never pulls weeds. They suck a bunch of kids that think they are landscapers.

Tell me why you would hire a company who would intentionally weed whack a row of sunflowers that were 3 to 5 ft tall which were so thick he struggled to cut it and had to fix the length of his string while leaving the other half of the row. Luckily he was too lazy to do the shorter half and hopefully they know the difference between weeds and dont cut more sunflowers. As if thats not bad enough while they weed whacked all the trash mixed in the lot they then blew it under the bushes.. then leave the parking lot with 4 ft tall weeds.. You can't tell me this is professional level work To the owner I took these pictures minutes after your guys left. I picked up the trash they blew into my property. Just because you don't service my yard doesn't mean I can't review your business.

I hired Ortiz Outdoor for snow removal. Carlos, the owner, is a pleasure to communicate with. I knew that I made the right choice for my needs immediately. Not only is Carlos professional, he is respectful and polite. He did an amazing job plowing my driveway, shoveling my walkway and shoveling around my mailbox. (not easy) Oh, and did I mention this was after The Blizzard of 26! I am very pleased with Carlos and his crew. I highly recommend Ortiz Outdoor! I Trust them!

We had Ortiz for the past two years for lawn care and snow plowing. We had 18 inches of snow last weekend and they never came to plow, nor returned our calls or texts. IMO, you can't count on them.

I just moved to Cumberland and found Ortiz to handle my lawn maintenance and fall cleanup. They have been great at communicating quickly, being friendly, and quickly responding and resolving any issues or concerns. I know I'm in good hands.
