Outdoor Living is a Plymouth, MA business with a single Houzz review, a one-star account posted in August 2022. That reviewer wrote that Outdoor Living is Steve Docchio's new company, started after Massachusetts revoked his contractor's license, and that they had originally signed with his former company, Xtreme Pools & Landscaping. By their account, he destroyed their yard, basement and driveway in the summer of '21; a job due to finish that May was still not done by the end of the year. He promised to come back in the spring to finish, they said, but surprised them with a new contract instead, which they believed was meant to move them to another company without their knowledge. At the time of the review, the customer said he would not return calls or offer even a partial refund.
This is Steve Docchio's new company since Massachusetts revoked his contractors license. His former company was Xtreme pools & landscaping, which was the company I signed up with. He destroyed my yard, basement, and driveway in the summer of '21. He was supposed to finish in May of '21, but he didn't even in finish in the year of 2021. He promised to come back in the spring to finish but then he surprised me with a new contract, because "new year, new contract, it's good business practice." But he was really trying to get me to sign up with his girlfriends company without me knowing it. Now he won't even respond to my calls or even offer a partial refund since he legally can't finish the job. Avoid this contractor at all costs.
