Owl Eye is a New Bedford, Massachusetts business that says it has more than 20 years of experience across residential painting, landscaping, home restoration, carpentry and property maintenance, offered with free estimates across New Bedford, Wareham, Acushnet, Rochester, Fall River, Westport, Marion, Mattapoisett and Dartmouth. It's woman-owned, a detail the company states on its own site and one both Angi and HomeAdvisor confirm. The six Google reviews on file, running from 2021 through 2024, are all five stars and keep landing on the same two things: speed and range. In a 2022 review, a customer said Owl Eye replied within minutes and had someone at the door within a half hour to quote a fall cleanup. A 2024 review described the crew replacing rotted trim on an 1845 home and painting it, finishing under budget. A 2023 review lists a broader job — brush clearing, garden landscaping, fencing, carpentry, and painting — calling it a full transformation of the property. Angi (4.7 stars from 29 ratings, an approved-pro listing) and HomeAdvisor (4.9 stars from 27 ratings) both track closely with what the Google reviews describe. Worth knowing before calling: the company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is on record with the state as expired. That doesn't erase the years of praised work, but it's worth asking about directly before signing on for a larger restoration or remodeling job. Owl Eye reads like a fit for the yard-and-house maintenance work its reviews describe — landscaping, seasonal cleanup, exterior trim repair and painting — for homeowners in its stated South Coast service area. Confirm its current licensing status and get a written estimate before booking, especially for anything beyond routine landscaping or painting.

Jessica and her team were absolutely amazing. She showed up on time, worked with to create my dream front yard, and was just wonderful to work with. I can't wait to hire her again in the spring! Definitely recommend!!!
Jess, Tim and the whole team did an amazing job repairing and painting the trim on my 1845 home. They expertly replaced the rotting and damaged trim, painted everything perfectly and finished fast and under budget!! There were a lot of things discovered during the work that they communicated each time and gave updates of where they were in the budget throughout. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend to anyone!
Owl Eye has set the absolutely highest standard in terms of dedication, attention to detail, and quality of work. Ranging from deep brush clear out, garden landscaping, fencing, carpentry, and painting Jess and her term have absolutely transformed our home and we could not be more thankful to be working with them. There are plenty of options out there for this this type of work but I have yet to come across anyone who can deliver in the way that Owl Eye has done for us. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a project big or small to contact Owl Eye and you will not be disappointed.
Owl Eye responded to my inquiry within minutes and literally was at my door within a half hour to assess and give me a more than reasonable quote. Jess and her team did an amazing job on my fall cleanup project. My lawn tractor was being fixed and I had a full season of leaves to clean up. THEY WERE AMAZING. Super professional at a reasonable price. Hire this group of amazing people. Would give 10 stars if I could.
Jess and her team did an amazing job landscaping my home! Jess took a consultative approach, listening to my ideas and vision while also bringing in her extensive expertise and recommendations for success. She took the time to explain each step of the transformation process as well as the maintenance requirements, ensuring that we’re setup for success over the long term. Before Owl Eye, our yard was overgrown, uneven, and sandy. Her team removed expanses of invasive overgrowth, laid local farm-sourced fertilizer, planted grass, defined sections for gardens, and planted beautiful garden beds with many (new to me) species of plants. Now we love spending time in the yard. I’m looking forward to working with Jess and her team on future home improvement and landscaping projects!
