Oxbow Gardens is a family-run landscaping company based in Bedford, Massachusetts, serving residential and commercial properties with maintenance, garden design and installation, and snow removal. The business traces back to 1957, when Scott Dyment's grandparents, Charles and Olive Scrymgeour, ran the same Bedford property as a commercial flower grower; in 1985, Scott and his wife Joanna purchased and re-established it as Oxbow Gardens Landscaping, which the company describes as family-owned. The Better Business Bureau grades the business A+, though it has not sought BBB accreditation and reports no complaints on file. Google shows an overall 3.7-star average from three ratings, but the only written review on file is far less favorable: a March 2024 review described landscaping crews blowing rocks and dirt onto a parked vehicle, chipping its paint, with an unsatisfying response after photos of the damage were sent in. With decades of history but very little written feedback publicly available, it's worth asking directly about how the crew handles work near parked vehicles and property, and confirming a recent reference, before booking a job.

DO NOT USE! TRASH COMPANY! CARELESS EMPLOYEES! The employees do not care about your property or belongings, they will blow rocks and dirt all over your vehicles leaving chipped paint everywhere and a dirty vehicle. I emailed pictures of the damage done to my vehicle and a woman said she was reaching out to a local detailer to fix the carelessness of the employees. It has been over 4 months of emailing and calling and get no response back. TRASH! TRASH! TRASH! I had to leave a 1 star rating in order to post this.
