A July 2026 customer praised Parrish Services for getting an attic HVAC repair working again in 110-degree heat. Another customer that month praised the technician’s work but disputed the bill. Heating, plumbing and electrical work all feature in accounts of this Manassas company, whose website advertises free estimates and 24/7 emergency service. The customer who described the attic repair credited Eric with handling both the estimate and the repair, and praised interactions with office staff and dispatch. Another July reviewer described efficient scheduling under a new maintenance arrangement and said technician Nizil’s recommendations did not feel like unnecessary upselling. In June, a customer praised Mariusz Loniewski’s detailed diagnosis and repair bid, followed by the office’s prompt scheduling follow-up. A separate June account described an on-time, prepared technician and a professional visit. Older customers described a range of work. In a May 2022 review, a homeowner said an electrical-meter repair was completed quickly and that the technician discussed the problem with Dominion Power and explained the utility’s response. Another May 2022 customer described five years of assistance with heaters, air conditioners and a backup generator, praising timeliness and prices. Best Pick Reports displays a 4.8-star average from 730 ratings. Its BBB grade is A+, and the company says it is insured. Pricing is a specific source of dissatisfaction. The July 2026 pressure-tank customer said the household had supplied the tank and most materials and completed most of the preparation, yet paid $1,625 for roughly two hours of work making the final connection. The customer acknowledged courteous, quality work by the technician and objected to how the job was priced. A May 2022 reviewer also objected to a $500 quote for replacing a water-heater pressure-release valve, saying they completed the repair themselves. A separate May 2022 complaint described a failed county inspection, difficulty arranging corrective work and an argumentative installer. The customer said the work eventually satisfied the inspector but the unit was left off. Another May 2022 reviewer said a generator breaker was left off after service, preventing backup power during an outage; technician Christian isolated the issue by phone. Undated customer accounts also raise concerns about follow-up, geothermal servicing and pricing.

This was my 1st experience w Parrish, and...THEY WERE GREAT! From my intial call, to working w Eric about the job and the estimate, to working w several office folks and dispatch prior to the job, and then to day of, EVERY interaction was really great. Many extra thanks to Eric, and it was HE that really made me want to work w him and Parrish. In 110 degrees in my attic, he addressed my HVAC repair and got me back up and running. 5 STARS here!
I called for a pressure tank service. We purchased the new pressure tank ourselves, removed the old one, and installed virtually all of the fittings and most of the materials before the technician arrived. By the time he got there, the only thing left was to make the final connection. Despite that, we were billed essentially as if the entire installation had been performed by your company. We supplied the pressure tank, nearly all of the fittings, most of the materials, and completed the majority of the labor ourselves. Being charged $1,625 for what ultimately amounted to about two hours of work is, in my opinion, simply not a fair reflection of the work that was actually performed. When your company came out to diagnose the issue, I accepted the quoted price because my family had no water, and restoring service as quickly as possible was my priority. Given the circumstances, I felt I had no real option but to move forward. I also want to acknowledge that your technician was professional, courteous, and did quality work. My concern is not with him—it is entirely with the way this job was priced. As someone who owns a contracting company myself, I understand that skilled labor deserves to be paid fairly. However, I also believe customers should be billed fairly for the actual scope of work performed. This experience has left me feeling that I paid far more than the value of the service provided. Unfortunately, because of that, I cannot see myself using your company again or recommending it to others. I hope you’ll take another look at this invoice and consider whether the final charge truly reflects the work that was completed.
Based on our first encounters with Parrish Services and the technician, Nizil, we expect to have a good relationship over the long term under our new maintenance service. The scheduling is efficient. Nizil is pleasant and knowledgeable. He identified important additional services that I did not consider to be unnecessary upselling, as was the case with our previous service.
Great experience. Scheduling was easy. Technician showed up on time and was prepared for the job. Alton Wallace did a great job and was very professional and patient (my dog was being a little bit annoying...treats helped). I would definitely use their services again.
Great experience. The Technician, Mariusz Loniewski, was very thorough and did a detailed diagnosis and gave me a bid to repair. The main office quickly follows up to schedule the repair work.
