A recent Google customer uses the company for weekly mowing, snow removal and small landscaping projects, and says it installed the pad for their hot tub with granite edging. A 2025 customer said the team handled their lawn care, protection of their trees against cold winters, and snow plowing. A 2024 customer said the company squeezed them in for a difficult landscaping project even though they were not a regular customer, and that two guys worked hard on it. A 2025 Google reviewer said the company's grounds crew crashed their truck into the reviewer's parked car while the family was still in it, that the owner fought the insurance claim, and that their insurance company took the company to court and won. A 2024 reviewer complained about a company plow truck tailgating and spinning out during a snowstorm.

We've used Patten for our weekly mowing, snow removal, and small landscaping projects and they have done a great job. Always very responsive and easy to work with which is hard to find. They installed the pad for our hot tub with granite edging which looks great.
Their grounds crew crashed their truck into our parked car, while we were still in it with our two little kids. Instead of showing remorse or concern, the driver and passenger tried to intimidate us into not involving the police. Our car needed body work and had to be towed from the accident. Their boss/owner fought the insurance claim, insisting his crew was not at fault for crashing their vehicle into a parked car. When we contacted him personally about the issue, he claimed he was unaware and would never have done such a thing. How could you not know that one of your company vehicles was involved in an accident where the police and insurance got involved? Our insurance company took them to court and won. You should anticipate the same treatment if you choose to do business with Patten Grounds.
Love Patten!! They always respond and take great care of us! Their team handle our lawn care, protection of our trees against the cold winters, and snow plowing to keep up us an running. We always feel valued and a priority, we highly recommend Patten Grounds Care!
Even though I wasn’t a regular customer, they squeezed me in for a difficult landscaping project. I’ve never seen two guys work so hard. Very professional and great communication. I definitely recommend this company for landscaping.
Watching your plow truck tailgate, and try to pass people from town center to Anthony's food stop was the highlight of my day. I was impressed that they were able to save it when they spun out trying to miss a car that was making a left turn. I get it that labor is tight and you can't fire bad drivers but I hope you have great insurance. They also have a plow light out. About 2 pm Sunday during snow storm,. You should be able to find the driver unless your fleet has multiple lights out.
