Customers name the individual cleaner far more often than the company — Belle, Viviane, Patricia, Delma. A 2023 reviewer said the reason they kept rebooking was that the same cleaner comes back every visit. Small signatures repeat in the older reviews: the folded toilet-paper roses a 2023 customer called out by name, the cluttered apartment another described the same year as reorganized into places that actually made sense. In a 2022 review, a homeowner got a move-in deep clean on less than 24 hours' notice. Its Better Business Bureau page carries an A+ grade. The complaints do not land on the cleaning.
