I've nothing but good things to say ahout Gary & Pautipaug Electric. Gary is the man! He is very knowledgeable in his electrical work and takes the time to explain exactly what he’s going to do—often referencing building codes—to truly put a homeowner at ease. Gary is efficient, thorough, and just an a great guy to work with. I chose Pautipaug Electric after interviewing a couple other electricians, and they stood out immediately from the rest. If you want the job done right Pautipaug Electric is the way to go. Look no further—give them a call.
The experience was disappointing from start to finish. It took multiple attempts just to receive a return call, and when the estimate appointment was finally scheduled, he arrived late. He was also late on the day of the job with no communication at all. I happened to stay home from work that day, and when I checked in several times, he appeared distracted, texting frequently, and not focused on the work. His overall demeanor was uncomfortable and unprofessional. At one point, and he seemed visibly uncomfortable. Although the pricing was inexpensive, the quality of work was fine based on my experience, I would not recommend him clearly, he is cheap. IYKYK.
Swapped out a chandelier, quick, professional, and neat. Highly recommended.
Punctual, takes time to discuss the repair with homeowner, reasonably priced, respectful and polite.will use for all electrical issues going forward. Highly recommend
