The specialty is asphalt driveways, but the range described stretches well past that: seal coating years after the original install, retaining walls and stone perimeter pavers alongside a driveway repave, drainage fixes for water pooling near a garage door, and even handling city permitting a homeowner had struggled with for months on their own. Some of the specifics get genuinely difficult. One 2024 review described a driveway with a 20-inch drop over roughly 16 feet running directly into a garage under the house — a grade the homeowner assumed could never be paved — that Pave Tech took on anyway. A 2025 review described a driveway that had been improperly built by the original builder, with a caved-in drainage grate and icy patches every winter, repaved and fixed. Repeat business shows up often: several reviewers describe using the company for an original driveway and then calling them back years later for seal coating, and getting the same quality both times. The picture isn't uniform, though, and two recent complaints are worth reading closely. A May 2026 review said the company scheduled a driveway job twice and missed both dates without calling ahead either time, only responding once the customer chased them down.
