We needed to have our house in Hampton Beach raised due to the severe flooding conditions. Payne Construction came very highly recommended, so we scheduled a meeting with their staff. From the very beginning the staff was extremely easy to work with. They took the time and care to explain the process, potential timeline and cost estimate to us in great detail and in terms my wife and I could understand. They answered every question fully in great detail and included information that we never would have thought to ask for! The contracts were written exactly as we had discussed so there were no surprises or any hidden costs. Straight forward and honest. The work itself was performed just as they had explained, and was completed on time and ON BUDGET.. We were kept informed of every aspect of the job, and updated regularly on the progress of the work. The entire project was handled with tremendous professionalism and integrity by every person we interacted with from Payne. The Project Manager ensured that every detail was addressed. What we thought was going to be a difficult and miserable experience turned out to be an amazingly positive experience. We could not be happier with the process and awesome final product. Payne Construction is the best in the business!
