Did not respond appropriately to the need of services. Repeatedly asked me what I did as far as troubleshooting. Then responded by saying it sounds like the power went out somewhere as though that we’re not the reason for me requesting his services in general. Also, his responses were very late. I ended up going with someone else entirely.
Pedro immediately responded for a request for quote. He was available within 8 days to start the work. He came and finished the work in two days. His charge was at the low end of his estimate. I highly recommend him for this type of work (i.e., installing ceiling lighting).
I’m a newer homeowner and did demolition work in basement to a “bedroom” the previous owner put in. Pedro helped remove/rewire the electrical work that was previously there. Instead of 4 or 5 different switches or drawstring lights he connected all the lights with new wiring and to one switch, for better functional purpose. He explained the full process walking through what he was going to do and why he had to do it. I recommend him and will use again for future projects.
Pedro has replaced all my fire alarms and smoke detectors at my house. I enjoyed working with him. He has exceptional professionalism and kindness towards his customers. He was always patient and explained in detail all work to be performed. He responded to my messages in a timely manner. I will definitely use him again if I face future electrical issues.
