The service list runs to 28 items — carpentry and finish carpentry, interior and exterior painting, masonry and chimney work, fencing, windows, doors and drywall — across ten North Shore towns. Spanish is spoken. The listings do not agree with each other. Houzz says 24 years in business; Angi and HomeAdvisor say six. Houzz gives 11 Canessa Terrace in Lynn 01904; the other two give 20 New Park Street, Unit 3, Lynn 01905. One complaint, six years old, is not a verdict — but it is the only customer account that exists, and it is about payment terms and walking off a job. If you get a quote, insist on a written contract with a payment schedule, pay by check or card rather than cash, and ask for two recent local references you can actually call.
