From start to finish, working with Perez was a pleasure. He promptly answered my email and always showed up at exactly the scheduled time. Upon completion, he left the site cleaner than it was at the start. In the end, I had beautiful brick and granite front steps and a chimney that looked like new. He even painted the old iron railing which was an extra. As mentioned by others, perez is extremely polite, is a man of integrity, and takes great pride in his work.
