Perfect and efficient

Randolph's Perfect & Efficient is a two-person shop, and just about everything publicly known about it fits on one Thumbtack page. Roxann Matthew owns it. Thumbtack puts the business at three years old and lists it, in its own words, as immigrant-owned. The menu runs wider than housecleaning alone: carpets, windows, commercial spaces, home organizing, and garage, basement or attic clear-outs, plus handyman work. Seventeen job photos sit on the profile, and Thumbtack completed a background check on Matthew in July 2023. The written history, though, is one line long. A single rating stands on the page — five stars, posted in July 2023, reading in full "Great customer service." That tells you one customer left happy three years ago. It does not describe a job, a room, or how a recurring schedule held up. So this is the call for a homeowner who would rather hire a small owner-run cleaner than a franchise crew, and who does not mind being among the first to write about her. Before booking, ask for a couple of recent client references, and get the scope and price of a first clean settled in writing.
