This was our second time using Perfetto Construction and a reminder why we keep going back. Reasonable pricing, terrific crew, and an amazing job from start to finish. Bill is dependable and extremely knowledgeable as a GC, gives advice, thinks through options and comes with solutions if there’s any issues. Brittany, the office manager, is excellent with communication and always made sure we were in the loop with work and next steps. The end result of our project was even more than we could have hoped for and we thank Bill and his team for that!

Perfetto Construction is AMAZING! Bill is the consummate professional GC and has solved all of our building issues for the past year. We had the worst experience working with this company and regret it to this day. From their lack of communication to their inability to take responsibility for their mistakes, all of it resulted in us ending up with a house that now has crooked windows, uneven floors, and poor framing. Bill’s carelessness and lack of respect for someone’s home is something I haven’t seen before.
