Excellent problem solver. He is proficient in many categories. Considerate of cost, honest multi talented. From carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC all types of repairs. Great grasp on diagnosing how problem started and solving with cost in mind. He is one of a kind and respectful. Always looking for most cost effective resolution if it needs to be fixed he will fix it if it needs to be replaced he will accomplish With cost in mind.
I've been using Philip Home Repair for almost one year, and he is an excellent handyman/contractor. He is knowledgeable in tile work, appliance set up, door installation, electrical work, and many more. Philip doesn't waste time on the job and ensures the outcome is to the client's desire. I highly recommend Philip.
He did several extra things in the installation of both washer and dryer without additional charges. His quote was much lower than another contractor who was not doing any extras. Philip is meticulous in his work and always cleans up after each task. He is sincere and dedicated and checks that everything is functional.
