In an April 2025 review, another walked through the process — digital quote, text reminders, calls with a job coordinator — and called the prices fair. In a June 2026 review, a homeowner said Bill Dyer suggested a change to what they had asked for and was "100% correct". Two things are worth raising on the call. A 2024 reviewer who gave four stars said the owner came back to remedy the flow of water, and that ice still formed between the cars afterwards, though less than with the old driveway. A 2022 customer who gave five stars for the work said they had been given a window of 12:00 to 2:00 on a Friday and that a courtesy phone call would have been nice when the crew was going to be late. A 2021 one-star review said they never got back to the customer. One item sits outside the work itself: grimytimes.com reported in 2022 that William E. Dyer, 57, owner of a commercial and residential paving business in Hanover, was sentenced to one year and one day in prison in a tax-evasion scheme. For a South Shore driveway rebuild, or a lot that needs paving and striping in one go, this is a crew with a long Google history and the owner on the job.
