My service with Pine Tree Oil was phenomenal. I had just bought my first home in Hampden and realized I was low on oil and my forced air was not starting up like it should. He talked me through different things I could do and things to look for and 20 minutes he probably didn’t have later I knew I was going to be a long term customer of his. He got oil to me within a week and helped educate me on the system I have. Him and his son were so kind. No doubt they work hard and as long as you keep track of your oil level and are patient it truly is worth everything to stick with a company like this. Thank you guys for all you do!
Have had great customer service and no issues with deliveries at all.
I am not entirely sure what's going on with the business but I tried to order online, got no response after 3 days. I sent another message via their website but got nothing. Then called 3 times today and every call went straight to voicemail. I totally get folks get busy but some sort of response is needed to at least acknowledge the ask. Had to cancel my order via the websites messaging system.
He had the best price but was promised delivery two days in a row, and now on day 3 and still no delivery, now my oil tank is just about empty so i had to go elsewhere and pay an emergency fee to get some delivered and got it within 2 hours, if you can't deliver it when you say you will just tell people that, you don't have to lie
Faith in humanity restored!!! We realized our tank was almost empty and the place where we used to get our oil doesn't deliver here anymore. RH Foster couldn't get here till Monday, and was gonna charge $100 extra to deliver on an off day--$300 if they had to restart it. I called Pine Tree Oil and Ken at was here in TEN MINUTES!!! They have a customer for life now, and I'm going to tell everyone I know that they are the BEST!!! We are still sitting here in utter amazement that it happened so fast!!!
