I had Mike and Dan come out to my home for a landscaping project estimate. They made a good presentation and looked at the drawings that I had done. I asked if Mike would prefer that I have the materials delivered at my home prior. He said yes that works. I asked if he could give me an estimate for just the labor only, He said he would email me the estimate for the labor. When he sent me the estimate, he showed labor cost plus a Ma sales tax of 6.25% . I emailed Mike back and said that the Mass Department of Revenue does not allow Tav on Labor! I waited for about three days and he got back to me and said, quote,” I have some things to work out before I can confirm your job. A few days later he got back to me and said that his lead man Dan was ill and couldn’t go forward on my project! I’m very disturbed over the fact that he was trying to charge Sales tax on labor and he decided not to go ahead with my work even though I said, I will hire Pinwheel for your labor cost without any labor sales tax. I am concerned about the fact that Pinwheel has charged people for sales tax on their labor which is illegal unless they pay it to the DOR To make a long story short, if possible, THERE ARE TOO MANY CONTRACTS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND Unfortunately these customers don’t even pick up on this illegal tax! I would NEVER RECOMMEND PINWHEEL PROPERTIES TO ANYONE!!

We needed the yard done very quickly for a showing of our house. Pinwheel was very responsive and was out there the next day!

Pinwheel was very communicative and arrived each time they said they would. However, they needed a lot of direction and reminders about things. We walked the property with them before mulching the yard showing them weeds vs flowers. They pulled the flowers we said were not weeds. They kept cutting our sea grass every week despite multiple texts/photos with conversation to leave it alone. We showed them exactly where to weed each week and they left it undone. After a stern text message about what we were wanting vs what they are producing - they quit via a professional text message noting staffing issues.

They did great job on my lawn. They really understand your needs and quote fair price. Also very friendly to talk to and very flexible. They are willing to work with you on making a deal. Team is Genuinely interested in doing business and take care of customers project needs.
