A 2025 Google customer said Chad and his team performed aeration and seeding on a yard that had gone a few years without care, and that customer said they chose Chad partly for not overselling what wasn't needed. That 2025 customer also said Chad's team leveled a spot where an old tree stump used to be, ripped out the remaining stump underground so grass could grow there, and leveled the ground. A 2019 Angi reviewer said he was responsive and had an eye for detail, and called him and his team diligent. A 2019 Angi reviewer described the company as professional.
Typically, I do the majority of the work around my house inside and out. However, I do know when I need professional intervention. My yard, after a few years of neglect, was definitely in need of a professional. I went with Chad, because of his seemingly unending knowledge on how to bring my yard back to life, but also his honest attitude to not oversell what I didn't need. I felt compelled to write this review, because I was blown away with how efficient and conscientious Chad and his team were when they performed the aeration and seeding. I actually had a portion of the yard that needed to be slightly leveled where an old tree stump use to be. Chad's team not only leveled the area, they were astute enough to know that the remaining stump underground needed to be removed or grass in the area would struggle to grow. They ripped out the stump, not small by any means and leveled the ground as if a tree was never there! Again, blown away with their efforts. I know we'll be customers of Plant Health Services for the long haul!
