Plante Electric

Plante Electric does the small and mid-sized residential jobs — outlets, light fixtures, a dedicated circuit, a room's worth of wiring — and its five written Google reviews, all from summer and fall 2026, name Jared in four of them. It holds 5 stars on Google from 39 ratings. In a September 2026 review, a Shrewsbury, MA customer said Jared came out on a weekend to diagnose a tripped circuit, found the issue with the wire, fixed it and reinstalled their camera. Another September 2026 customer had him replace outlets, add an outlet, install a light fixture and check a bathroom vent, and called him "honest and fair." An August 2026 review described wiring for a three-season room with challenging wire routing and a well-planned layout, and another that month said a 20A circuit for an AC unit went in with no mess. The company describes itself as owner-operated, licensed in MA and RI, and serving Southern Massachusetts and Northern Rhode Island; its site lists North Smithfield as a service area and says it is insured. Its Massachusetts electrician licence 61317-EL-B, holder of record Jared Plante, is active, and its Rhode Island electrician licence B-016519, holder of record JARED M PLANTE, is active.
