Its website lists a service area of Peterborough, Marlboro, Keene, Jaffrey and Rindge. In a 2019 review, a reviewer who had just bought a new house when the well pump went out wrote that they came out fast and fixed the problem at a fair price; when it stopped working again a couple of months later, they came back, spent a few hours trying to find the problem, fixed a bad electrical wire and didn't charge for the second repair. In a 2021 review, a reviewer who booked Plumbusters to install a new addition to their basement called the installer extremely professional and courteous and said the customer service dealing with the owner was also great. In a 2022 review, a reviewer said Brandon and his apprentice were very professional and courteous and did a great job. In a separate 2022 review, a reviewer wrote that the two young guys sent out resolved the most important items and didn't try to tell them they needed extra work, and that Bob called after the appointment to arrange the one thing the guys weren't prepared to do and set clear expectations and pricing for the remaining work.
