Wasted time on a Warranty job. Instead of admitting they knew nothing about Sub-Zeros and evaluating compressors, they kept me in a waiting period off a wrong evaluation of a rolling rack for several days. Brian the owner has a terrible attitude. Doesn’t even have an office.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Do not let these people in your home or business, they are con artists who don’t know what they are doing. Dealing with Brian was truly painful. The other reviews must be fakes/paid for. They will charge you service fees but never do the job, they will charge you for parts that never arrive, they will charge for repairs they never did. They don’t listen. They don’t pay attention. Weeks and weeks of constantly having to call and repeat myself, on top of sending follow up emails just so they couldn’t lie or feign ignorance. In the end we fired them and fixed everything ourselves for a fraction of the price. Maybe don’t send parts to your bosses house? Maybe send your customers tracking info on parts you claimed to have ordered? Is this even a legitimate business?

They are the most disorganized company that I have come across. An appointment was made a week prior but when they didn’t show up, their employee Brian ( the very person who made the appointment a week earlier and confirmed in writing) said there was no appointment. Totally shocking! He then Wasted 30 minutes making me hold on the phone in order to get his supervisor Rude, unhelpful and disorganized. Keep blaming the customer that there was no appointment and could not explain how the written confirmation provided to a week earlier came about. Stay away
