In another September 2025 review, a customer says he replaced the battery because of low amperage. A November 2025 review credits the company with catching a loose oil filter, and another from September 2025 says the company sends a detailed report of the inspection and repairs. On installation, a November 2025 customer said the whole-house install was completed in one day, and a 2022 customer described a process from quote and site visit to installation that included coordinating with Dead River.
