In a 2026 Google review, a customer described a sizable project with a large patio, multiple walkways, a fire pit, a drainage system, stump removal and tree planting, and wrote that Eric's ideas helped create a better result than they had initially envisioned. In a separate 2026 review, a customer wrote that Precision Excavation LLC completed the hardscape for their pool area along with their outdoor kitchen, fireplace and pizza oven, and thanked the owner, Eric Richard. A 2026 review from a customer who has had two major projects done by Precision Excavation calls it "Best money spent" and says the company communicates well about the project at hand.
In a 2025 review, a customer wrote that they first hired Eric to install a catch basin drain because their prior storm drain was not functional, and expanded the job to include a full patio installation and shed base; in an update added in 2026, that customer wrote that they hired him again to put in a walkway to their fence and to redo their stairs.
