I highly recommend working with Bill. The process is easy and pain-free from start to finish. He comes to see the job, provides an online quote and is available to answer any questions about the quote. Once accepted he comes promptly, and always with a smile, and does the job with such care and attention to detail. He is extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable. I will continue to work with Bill in the future.

I have known Bill for many years and was really happy when I heard that we was going to put his significant skills to work on a full time basis. Since he started he has done several projects inside and outside our home. He has a wide array of skill sets and does excellent work and always in a professional manner. And when the work is done he leaves the space as neat if not neater than before he came. I Highly recommend Bill and Preferred Property Services!
