Premier Electrical Services LLC describes itself on its Better Business Bureau profile as providing electrical services including generator installation, electrical repairs, wiring for pools and spas, and lighting upgrades. A 2026 customer called the experience a "Total Rip Off": they said they paid a dispatch fee without any service or even a diagnostic. That customer described $358 just to check what needed troubleshooting, then $200 per smoke/CO detector to replace, as overpricing, and wrote that it was their first and last time with the company. Its Better Business Bureau page shows an A+ grade.
Total Rip Off: I paid dispatch fee without any service or even diagnostic because overpricing $358 just to check what will need to troubleshoot then $200 to replace per smoke/CO detector. Think twice before you book a service with this company. This is my first and last time with them. I thought I found the right place to get an electrician even if we have memberships with a popular service provider. Imagine what happened: chat (with electrician), quote, pay. That's it! I paid for nothing!!! So sad. :(
