Premier Glass & Glazing

I did my homework, visited 4 glass companies, and settled on Premier because of the fantastic customer service and price (they were about $400 less than Timberline for a comparable solution). I met the owner Dennis on site and he was the one who measured my new shower for sliding glass doors. The installers were Dennis' son and nephew. They were fabulous... and really nice people too. The installation was great but I didn't like the towel bar on the inside of the shower because I felt cramped. They came back the next day and replaced it with nice quality knobs.. No charge. There are huge benefits to working with a family operation that cares about quality and values their customers.

Two roofer estimators told me I would have to replace two complete skylights that had lost their seals and had become badly stained because "roofing companies don't do just glass." In addition, both told me because new skylights have a different size configuration than my 30-year old skylights, the ceiling openings would require hiring a carpenter...at a cost in ADDITION to the new skylights...to install interior moldings to cover up mismatched ceiling openings under new skylights. Dennis Cilley came out from Premier, measured, came back in a few weeks, removed just the old glass panels, and installed two new tempered insulated double-glazed glass panels. And he did it for less than half the cost of the roofers' estimates for new complete skylights. I feel fortunate to have learned of his company. Absolutely top shelf professional whom I recommend.

The estimate was done the day after making the phone call, and was competitive. The ETA for the installation was 2-3 weeks sooner than the other two estimates, and was accurate. All interactions from start to finish were professional, friendly and comfortable. The install went great and the shower looks fantastic! Highly recommended! And I love to be able to support local businesses. Thanks Premier.

I love my new neo-angle glass shower enclosure! Everyone was friendly & helpful. I was given different options for pulls, hinges, etc. I chose the squared ladder style pull and I love it. Installation guys were great, turn around time was quick as well. It's nice nowadays to have someone actually answer the phone and complete a project, I highly recommend this company.

I recently bought a house in Epping and wanted to update the mirrors in the bathroom above the sinks but needed a very large mirror and didn't know who to contact (being new to Epping). I drove by Premier several times and thought to call them. They were extremely professional with their guidance on the phone and the installers were very courteous and professional on site. The price for the mirror was very reasonable too. I would highly recommend Premier Glass and Glazing.
