Ian and his team’s work is exemplary. During the design process Ian really listened to what we wanted. At the same time he came up with a brilliant way to maximize our fairly small backyard with a beautiful patio and separate sitting area, complete with a sitting wall. Our front walkway design was simple and timeless, exactly the look we were going for. The process from beginning to end was seamless. Ian’s crew were top notch - both from a skills perspective and in terms of timeliness. We would recommend Premium Pavers without reservation! I had such a wonderful experience with Premier Pavers & Hardscape Co. beginning with my first meeting with Ian. He offered a creative solution to a bowing brick wall problem that was thoughtful, reasonably priced and brought great relief to us. Ian's communication was excellent and timely as was our project manager, Billy Graham. There was some complicated coordination with an arborist. Ian was patient and flexible and got the job done as efficiently as possible given these challenges. I added some additional work which was completed beautifully. The work was completed along the projected timeline, the job site was clean, the crew kind and the work excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again for future brick projects.

Probably the best project in terms of quality, efficiency and attention to detail that we’ve ever experienced. From beginning to end, no detail was left unaddressed, listening to our wishes and concerns, making sure that everything was completed accurately and efficiently. Quality of execution was 10/10. We had several areas created and updated by Premier Pavers - a new patio designed for an oddly shaped area in our backyard; a rebuild of an old bumpy walkway and new stairs for better safety; and a new niche carve out in the middle of a retaining wall next to the driveway to store our trash cans. We had a hard time forming all of our ideas but knew we wanted improvements in each of these areas. Ian met with us over several in-person sessions to understand our wish list and to brainstorm and sketch out the options. His vision for the space set our ideas into realistic plans for our budget. The patio, stairs, walkway and side niche all turned out beautifully - the team did excellent work and they were a pleasure to have around for the short time they were here. My 5yo daughter and I enjoyed sitting by the window every day to watch them work- we always said, “it’s better than watching a movie!” My daughter also says the new niche next to the driveway is too beautiful for trash cans.. she says it’s her playhouse now! The overall experience exceeded our expectations- we will use them again for future projects.
