Premier Paving Inc

Premier Paving Inc is an asphalt paving company. Its website says it was established in 2000 and is founded and owned by Randy Howard, and it lists a service area of Milton, Essex, Essex Junction, Burlington, Williston, Colchester, St. Albans, Swanton and Westford. A customer this October said the estimate and final price were exactly what they were told, and recommended Randy and his crew after their repaving. A customer this June said their development organized as a group for driveway work, and Premier's price was significantly less than the other big local names. A 2025 customer said Premier paved their driveway and a neighbor's, completed both in one day, and applied the base and asphalt with consideration of pitch so rain drains properly. A 2025 customer said they showed up bright and early, cleaned up everything, and the invoice matched the estimate. A 2023 customer said Randy and Heidi got the driveways done way ahead of schedule. A 2022 customer said Premier lost a neighbor's map, still charged the neighbor an extra $600.00, and after the customer signed an estimate asked for an additional $1240.00 to pave their driveway, then refused to answer emails or phone calls. A 2022 customer said their driveway edges were bubbly, cracked and full of holes, and that after a patch it looked worse than before. In a 2022 r/burlington comment, Premier was named as one to try for straight paving. The company holds an A+ grade from the BBB and shows 4 stars from 26 Google ratings.
