Preowned Auto Logistics doesn't move furniture — it moves the vehicle itself, and reviewers keep coming back with the same story: it's fast. One customer needed a motorcycle shipped from an Ohio dealership; the regular shipper quoted 14 days just to pick it up and 45 to deliver it, but Preowned had it on a truck within two days and delivered it the next. That pace shows up again and again, in coast-to-coast car shipments, corporate relocations, even work trucks and Amazon delivery vans running back and forth to depots. Paul Serino's name turns up constantly in the reviews, credited for calling when he says he will and walking customers through exactly how their vehicle will be handled — one repeat customer called him "the consummate professional." On the operations side, Domenic Hooven and Meghan get the same kind of praise from carriers and business partners, who describe quick responses and clear scheduling on loads running from Florida to Massachusetts, Denver to Austin, even Minnesota to Florida, several arriving a day early. It's a deep track record — 222 reviews across five sources since 2021, and a 4.8-star average from 516 Google ratings. The praise isn't universal, though. The Better Business Bureau gives the company a B-, docked for not responding to a filed complaint — a real gap against that Google average. More pointed are two complaints from the carrier side of the business: one hauler says a load was picked up but payment ran roughly three and a half months instead of the promised thirty days, and another states flatly that the broker doesn't pay its carriers, describing a second unresolved dispute after an earlier one was supposedly settled. On the customer side, one shipment went sideways on the pickup date — a car promised for delivery on a Tuesday was reportedly still sitting in the wrong state days beforehand, with no clear resolution offered. Worth asking before booking: how a scheduling slip gets handled if the pickup date moves, and whether you're dealing with Preowned as the carrier hauling your vehicle or as the broker arranging someone else to do it — the carrier complaints above suggest that distinction isn't always smooth on their end. For anyone shipping a car, motorcycle, RV, or work vehicle rather than a household's furniture, this is a high-volume, well-reviewed operation with a real history behind it; just confirm the pickup window in writing before you commit.

Purchased an expensive motorcycle from an OH dealership, to have shipped to MA. The regular dealership shipper quoted a 14-day pickup and a 45-day delivery! My friend recommended calling Preowned Auto Logistics, who quoted a 4-day pickup and a 4-day delivery… but they ended up picking the bike up within 2 days of notification and delivered it the next day! Now, that OH dealership will use Preowned Auto Logistics too. Couldn’t be happier with the price, timing and exceptional quality of the delivery (enclosed shipping unit). Thank you!

Paul and his team made shipping my new (to me) car all the way across the country easier than I could’ve imagined. I was kept in the loop through the entire process whenever I was needed, and they even managed to rush my delivery before a vacation I had planned!! 11/10 experience for me, and I will surely recommend PAL in the future.

Paul and his team from PAL provided first class service to ship both my car and my brother’a car within a weeks time. The PAL team was efficient, clearly communicated all aspects of the transport and treated the cars with white glove service. I cannot recommend Paul and the PAL team enough!
