Presby Energy is a North Country fuel dealer that says on its website it delivers home heating fuels, including oil, kerosene, diesel and propane, and describes itself as family owned and operated. The site lists a service area of ten towns, among them Franconia, Littleton, Bethlehem and Sugar Hill. A recent Google customer who had trouble with a previous propane company said Presby Energy came out, did an estimate, and within a few weeks came back, set its tanks and filled them up. That customer named the driver, Dennis, and said he is always right on schedule. On Google the company holds 4.9 stars from 30 ratings. A 2026 customer who switched oil companies that winter described Martha as available, helpful and quick to act, and called the prices competitive. A 2026 reviewer said Martha made sure they were taken care of quickly when another provider left them high and dry with an oil delivery. A 2026 customer wrote that Martha got them out of a jam after another company let them down. A 2026 customer said Ronnie was pleasant while delivering oil.
What a find! When we were having trouble with our previous propane company and their lack of both customer service and no-shows for deliveries we called Presby Energy. They came out, did an estimate and within a few weeks they came back, set their tanks and filled us up. Our driver, Dennis, is AWESOME. He is always pleasant, and has told us numerous times, he will NOT let us ever run out of propane and he takes pride in his job. He is always right on schedule and no matter the weather has a smile on his face. When I've had to call the office with a question the staff have been very pleasant as well. I cannot recommend Presby Energy enough. They are a great group of people and their delivery and customer service is TOP NOTCH. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
We switched oil companies this winter after we realized our last was price gauging. Presby is a small locally owned company with competitive prices and responsive, quality service. Martha is always available, very helpful and acts quickly. Highly recommend.
Love this place! When another provider left us high and dry with our oil delivery, Martha went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of -- and quickly. Presby treats you like real people, and it's a relief knowing they have our back. Truly can't say enough good things!

Presby energy is the best oil Company In the north country. You call and you talk to Martha a real Person not a robot. Martha always treats you like you are a member of her family.
