Customers describe him answering calls promptly and showing up when he said he would, and a February reviewer noted he keeps asking for feedback on his own work. The company presents itself as a family-owned Acton operation with its own in-house crew and no subcontractors; its Thumbtack profile lists four employees, four years in business, and 46 hires through the platform. The reviews sketch a year-round relationship more than a one-off job. One homeowner this March said they'd used the company for a year or two of mowing, cleanups and pruning and "can't recommend them enough"; another, writing in February, described two to three years of mowing, plowing and shoveling and called the crew "very responsive via text." The headline numbers are modest in volume and consistent in tone: 5.0 across 19 Google ratings, 4.8 across 27 Thumbtack reviews, and ten reviews in the past six months without a negative one. The work runs wider than lawn care. This May, one customer described a prompt full yard redo, and another said Fabio cleaned out their father's home "with respect"; back in February, a reviewer had him track down and fix two roof leaks. On Thumbtack the company also lists pressure washing, mulching, tree planting and removal, junk removal, snow plowing and masonry work. There is little on the caution side: the lone mark anywhere is a single 1★ rating among the 27 on Thumbtack. Massachusetts doesn't require state registration for landscaping-only contractors, so there's no license to look up — the useful homework is practical. If you're in Acton or the neighboring towns the company says it covers — Littleton, Sudbury, Westford, Concord, Harvard — and want one small crew across the whole calendar, mowing through snow, that's the job they're set up for; agree on winter plowing terms and cleanup timing before the season gets busy.
