In August 2024 a customer wrote that Anthony came to their place multiple times and helped fix multiple things, answering texts almost immediately. In February 2025 another wrote that Anthony "helped us out in a pinch when nobody else would/could." An August 2024 reviewer had been working with "this man" for over a year and called him reliable, and another August 2024 customer wrote that Prestige General Repairs did a fence repair they would hire it for again. Prestige General Repairs holds 3.5 stars from 6 Google ratings. In a January 2023 review, a customer said they paid "this man" $7,005.92 on July 14, 2022 to install a new shower and replace a second one on the lower floor, and had yet to see proof that the materials were even purchased. By that customer's account he did not answer phone calls and had not repaid them; they recovered a portion of the money through PayPal, filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency, and filed complaints with the state's Plumber and Electricians Licensing Board, which they wrote is "investigating." The same customer wrote that he refused to reply to the State Attorney General's Office. In November 2022 a customer wrote that they paid $1,100 up front for new backyard stairs, then the rest of an agreed $2,200 before the project was done. That customer described a second PayPal invoice asking for practically double, a refund he claimed but never made, and, three weeks past the projected completion date, no stairs and no reply to calls or emails.
“they offered us Prestige and Premier. The price was quite reasonable if we didn't change anything.”
Anthony helped us out in a pinch when nobody else would/could. Thanks!
Anthony was great, he came to my place multiple times and helped me fix multiple things . I am so grateful to him . He is reachable and very responsive I could text him and he would respond almost immediately to help . I have his number saved and will definetly reach out in the future if I need any repairs.
Been working with this man for over a year. He's reliable and very knowledgeable in most aspects of construction. Highly recommend for most jobs.
Did a great job repairing my fence ! Great work ethic! Would hire again.
On July 14, 2022, we paid this man $7005.92 to install a new shower, and replace a second one on the lower floor. It is now October 7, 2022, and we have yet to see proof that this individual even purchased the materials let alone completed the job. We have asked for a refund, but all we keep getting is agreements that he will pay us back, but then, nothing. He does not answer phone calls, his voicemail box is always full, and he only sporadically replies to text messages. We have just filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency regarding this matter. I would not recommend this contractor. Update: As of 1/12/2023, this individual still has not repaid us. We have recovered a portion of the funds he stole from us through Paypal. We have filed complaints with the Plumber and Electricians Licensing Board for our state, and they tell me they are investigating as he appears to be advertising services he is not licensed to perform. We also contacted the State Attorney General's Office for arbitration, but he refused to even reply to them. We will continue our efforts to recover our stolen money, but suggest customers steer clear of this company.
