This week I had a hot water heater replace by Priority One Plumbing & Heating. From the start when Andrew came to give me the estimate to when Alex came to install it - the entire process was exceptional - the professionalism, knowledge, and kindness was part of the entire process from start to finish. I am a new customer to BDL and am so happy I have chosen them for my plumbing and heating - it's comforting to just trust them and know that the job will be done right.

I was extremely satisfied with the work that Steve had done for me today. He was extremely thorough and explained everything clearly. He was also very instrumental in obtaining a warranty replacement part to fix my water filtration system. When the replacement part arrives, I would like to have Steve assigned to install it. In the interim he was able to be sure that I had running water at the kitchen sink where the water filtration system was connected to.

Office staff Rachel and Christine were great, the plumbers who did the installation were great too. A very good experience.

Priority One has been an absolutely wonderful company to deal with. Several projects we called for were completed like it was their own property…. Very clean, professional technicians ( plumbers). We thank you, Randy, Zac and Steve!

I had a great experience with Zach installing my Expansion tank and PRV to get my PSI to 70 (was 110). He also fixed a leaking spigot and adding a lot of additional fixes to make me feel good about the some concerns I had on the water heater and water main. The price was very competitive.
