A homeowner writing in April 2026 said they compared several contractors and quotes before choosing Marsel on a neighbor's referral, then described a full interior refresh with bathroom upgrades and finish work across a condo, calling the pricing transparent from the start. Others describe drywall replacement, mold clearing, light fixtures and wall mounting — a list that reads as handyman as much as specialist. Two things to pin down before you call. The tenure is muddled on Prism's own site: one page says the company has run since 2000, another claims over 15 years of experience, so ask which applies to the trade you're hiring. And the written history starts in April 2025 — current and consistent, but short, with no longer arc to check them against. If your list is mixed — paint the condo, regrout the bath, swap the floor, then clean it all — Prism is built for exactly that kind of call.
