From start to finish, Pristine Exteriors has been absolutely amazing! I first put in an inquiry at around 10:30 PM on a Friday night, and Bianca responded that same night! Bianca and Steve were here the next morning to give us a quote on replacing the gutters, fascia, and soffits throughout our split-level house, and gave us the quote on the spot. Since they were the first company here, and I wanted to get a few more quotes, they waited patiently for about a week until we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. The other companies we got quotes from took forever and the pricing was outrageous compared to Pristine. Needless to say, Pristine was our choice, and we couldn't be happier! They came out on Monday to take measurements for supplies, and they were here Tuesday morning, ready to go. They worked from 9 am until about 4 pm and got everything done. When my husband came home from work, he was shocked that it was completed that quickly. My house looks brand new! The crew is polite, funny, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! They cleaned up afterwards, and you'd never know anyone was here. I've already asked Bianca for quotes on a few more projects we need done...I'll never go anywhere else! I feel like I've known her for years! I can't thank you guys enough for taking such wonderful care of us and our home!

I’ve spent roughly 25 years in the restoration and insurance-claims industry, so I see roofing and exterior work on a regular basis. I know what good workmanship looks like, and I also know the difference between a contractor simply completing a job and a company that takes genuine pride in the entire process. Pristine Exteriors exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. They replaced the roof on my own home, and this was not a simple tear-off and replacement. My home has solar panels that had to be carefully detached and reset, along with the gutters and other components necessary to complete the roofing system properly. Pristine handled all of it. I didn’t have to coordinate multiple contractors or chase different companies to get everything disconnected and put back together. They took responsibility for the entire project and executed it extremely well. What impressed me just as much as the workmanship was how they treated my property while they were there. They took the time to properly protect the house throughout the roofing work. Their crew wasn’t treating my home like just another jobsite—they treated it like someone’s home. I also have large dogs that are constantly outside, so nails and roofing debris were a major concern for me. I specifically noticed that the crew cleaned the property multiple times throughout the day, not simply once when the job was finished. They continually picked up debris and made an effort to keep the area safe so my dogs weren’t walking around on nails or anything else that could injure their paws. That may seem like a small detail to some people, but to me that’s the kind of thing that tells you exactly what type of company you’re dealing with. Anyone can tell a crew to clean up at the end of the job. It takes a different level of professionalism and consideration to continuously maintain the property while the work is happening because you understand that a family and their animals still live there. The workmanship, organization, property protection, solar detach and reset, gutter work, attention to detail, and continuous cleanup were all first-class. Being in this industry, I don’t hand out recommendations lightly. My reputation matters to me, and if I recommend a contractor, I’m putting my own name behind their work. I would put my name behind Pristine Exteriors without hesitation. They didn’t just install a roof on my house. They demonstrated how a professional exterior contractor should operate—from the first day through the final cleanup. If you’re considering Pristine Exteriors for your home, hire them. We were looking for a roofing company in CT and found Pristine Exteriors at a home show. They came out to our house to give us a quote and explained the process of what to expect.
