ProScapes, LLC is a Litchfield, New Hampshire landscaping contractor whose customers call for both recurring property care and substantial outdoor builds. Recent Google reviews describe lawn mowing, spring and fall cleanup, irrigation, snow plowing, patios, walkways, retaining walls, stairs, plantings, and other landscape improvements; Rocky is repeatedly named as the person coordinating the work. The strongest recent pattern is practical reliability and finished outdoor construction. Customers in 2026 praised timely snow removal, communication, cleanup, stairs, and work completed to budget, while a 2025 reviewer described a major backyard overhaul with retaining walls, pool and yard landscaping, an outdoor kitchen, walkway pavement, a fountain, and sod. Other homeowners describe returning for additional walkways or using the company for years of mowing and plowing. There are also specific service concerns to discuss before booking. A March 2026 reviewer described a missed snow-removal visit and difficult communication, and an April 2024 reviewer reported that the company did not show for snow plowing or return calls. A September 2021 homeowner was dissatisfied with grading, loam, raking, and hydroseeding. Those complaints sit alongside substantial praise, so confirm snow-service response expectations, the scope of site preparation, and how changes or follow-up work will be handled. ProScapes appears best suited to homeowners seeking a broad landscaping relationship that can cover maintenance, winter work, and hardscape projects. Ask for a written scope and schedule, especially for grading, hydroseeding, and storm-dependent snow service.
Rocky and his crew are awesome. They did a great job, were friendly, and cleaned up every thing. I love the work they did. I have gotten compliments from many people. I would highly recommend them.
They are a great company and provide great and reliable service at a reasonable price.
Always on time and respectful of property landscaping when plowing.
I have been doing business with ProScapes for several years and I'm very happy with their service. In the winter I have them plow my driveway and in the summer they do my lawn. They are very reliable, communication is great especially for upcoming storms.
Largely mediocre service and unprofessional communication. I hired them for two weeks while I was on my honeymoon for snow removal so my parents wouldn’t have to deal with our driveway while we were out of town. A big snowstorm rolled around and they were nowhere to be found. It took a full day of calling and my mother being snowed in for 24 hours before they finally got someone over. Whatever, these things happen and she wasn’t going anywhere. It at least got done. Then the bill came with some errors on it. When I reached out to get it corrected, it came down to being billed for a day we didn’t receive service. I was told that once I confirmed I didn’t receive service that day, the charge would be removed. I did so and then didn’t hear anything. A month later I got an automated email saying my bill was past due with a late fee applied. I went into the system, confirmed I was paid for the services I actually received, and again reached out asking them to update their records. I got a largely unprofessional reply insisting all the charges were correct and had been addressed in prior correspondence — because apparently they couldn’t be bothered to read our previous emails, which were all in the same thread. I replied again laying out the services I received and included receipts showing I was paid up. Did I get a “hey, sorry about that (insert excuse here)”? Nope, just crickets. I happened to log in a week later to find the charges had been corrected to reflect my actual payment, but apparently a brief acknowledgment was too much to ask. Icing on the cake: the snow melted and I found my yard looking like this, hard to believe considering I had poles lining the driveway.
