Excellent
It was a very swift experience & the best work Iβve seen thos far frm a young & growing organization!
Great service, and friendly workers!
My suggestion is to go with another company for your move. I did not have a good experience with this moving company. The movers were friendly and did get the move done. Yet I do have several major complaints. I provided every detail of my move to the representative and was quoted 3 hours, the move took 6 hours. Twice the time. This company has a low hourly rate, however they are not efficient. Moving a one bedroom 45 minutes away cost me $1000. I do not believe this is a reasonable amount of money. I also had to do several trips myself after as I decided that I didnβt want them moving fragile expensive things after one item was broken. Several items of mine were broken or damaged. Those include: 3 storage bins cracked, 1 lamp shade broken, 1 clock dented, 1 expensive liquor bottle broken, and both peloton wheels scratched so I cannot roll it properly anymore. In my opinion they should not be moving anything fragile, and to their benefit- their paperwork covers everything you could think of so they are not held liable for the damages. My items were dirty and the truck was falling apart. They also overcharged me for 15 minutes of time. They were responsive to my emails that explained my complaints. However, it ultimately took 39 days to be refunded after several emails back and forth with the company. I was refunded $31.25 for the 15 minutes of extra time. Overall, I donβt think itβs worth it to go with them. They explained to me they are a new company working out kinks- which I understand but it appears to be at my expense. Honestly there are other companies that are more expensive hourly that would probably do a better job in the end. This was so extremely stressful for me. My partner is in the military and we will likely move a lot, I am completely traumatized from this I probably wonβt ever use a moving company again.
The crew was polite, communicative through traffic delays, mindful of covid protocols, and efficient. All much appreciated as Tropical Storm Ida was looming. Thank you!
