A recent one-star customer says the dumpster price changed on them, from $700 for a 15-yard to $900 for a 30-yard and then $900 for a 20-yard, while they were dealing with a parent's funeral. That customer says the container was picked up before they had finished with it because it had already been rented to someone else, and that on an earlier rental they were charged $40 for tires and $65 to $100 for mattresses after being told they could throw anything away. That customer also says the service is good if you need a dumpster for a last-minute job. At first I thought they were great but the last two times I wouldn’t recommend that to my worst enemie. I’m a single mom of 2kids and because this man thought I had money he up charged me on a 15 for $700 then they told me $900 for a 30 yard then when I want it he tells me 900 for a 20 yard because I was dealing with my dad’s funeral. I said that I would probably have it ready Sunday or Monday, but I would let him know today is Wednesday and he decided to show up and tell me he’s going to take the Dumpster then he proceeds on my house camera telling me that he could dump all the trash in my yard and give me my money back that this is why people don’t deal w me mind you I had 4 other dumpster I could of gotten but I needed it on a certain day so I had no choice but to deal w them. Last time he came they Charged us $40 for tires and 65-100 for mattresses But we were told we could throw anything away. So if they think you have money, they will do anything to make it so you have to pay They’re only good if you need them for a last-minute job other than that I’d stay clear away from them that Man Obviously feels he can treat women however he wants. It’s sad I payed for it you get two weeks but because he had already rented it out to someone else they took it. Even after I made it clear we were not done with it. So if your a single parent or don’t have lots of money I suggest you find somewhere else to go
Justin and Sandra were fantastic in helping me clean up my home. I can''t praise them highly enough. AND, every Monday morning, Floyd's (Sandra) is there taking my trash bags away and I don't have to move the container to the street. She comes to it, parked beside my front porch. Just a truly great customer oriented two businesses worth every penny. And, they are way less expensive than the big, mob-run big service in the area.
