A 2025 customer who had the old driveway removed and replaced said the work was done on time, but that after several calls and emailed pictures of a seam issue, no one had followed up in six weeks. In a 2-star 2025 review, a customer said a sealcoating appointment was set for 9:00 a.m., five vehicles were moved to the street, and they were a no-show, with no call.

Although it was still in pretty good shape but, had drainage & puddeling issues. After a lot of talking & contemplating, we decided to have the old driveway removed & all new asphalt installed including the new garage. We are soooo happy we did. It looks amazing 👏 Team lead Dillon explained, they were able to grade & pave it so water would run off the far corner & no longer into our existing garage. Everyone I had contact with, the office on the phone or Dillon & the crew on site, we're all awesome & such a pleasure to work with. Maybe we lucked out & called at the right time. The turnaround time from calling the office to completing the work was just 4 days! After several estimates, we went with R. Cooper. The cost was very fare & reasonable.
