Poor customer service recently. Bought flooring from them in past, selling a home and needed a matching floor in a rush. Called them and left voicemail 3 times as they had no one to answer phone. Today is day 6 and no return call. Got a different company and floor is being installed, not exact match but at least they have customer service and worked with us to give options.

I cannot recommend R. Fraser Company highly enough! Mark and Nait were phenomenal - their expertise and attention to detail made everything effortless. I had two hardwood floors and two luxury vinyl plank floors installed, and the quality is exceptional. What really impressed me was their ability to perfectly color match my new hardwood to my existing floors. The transition is absolutely seamless! The communication, craftsmanship, and product quality were all top-notch. If you're looking for flooring installation in Hudson, NH or Southern New Hampshire, R. Fraser Company is the best choice. Would highly recommend R.Fraser Company. We recently had carpet installed on our stairs and in the bedrooms of our home. It was a perfect experience from start to finish. Jake did the install SOLO. Very impressed with his work ethic and skills! .

Mark was truly amazing! Accidentally our builder made a mistake and gave us the wrong Part Number for the flooring we needed. We didn’t notice until we had picked up the flooring and had brought it home. This is where the amazing customer service from Mark came in. Not only did he fixed a problem that he wasn’t responsible for, he went above and beyond for us. Scheduled everything with the manufacturer to return the wrong flooring, helped us find the correct flooring, ordered us the correct flooring. And he didn’t stop there. The flooring was not in stock so they had to bring it from Canada. He paid for Trumps tariffs. He didn’t have to, but he did. And we are truly thankful for that. What an amazing customer service. That small gesture made us lifetime customers. Thank you so much Mark and the whole team. We appreciate all the help these last few weeks.

We needed some minor repairs and modifications to the flooring in our new home. Mark from R. Fraser could not have been more helpful. He immediately recognized the problem and set about helping us resolve it. He was efficient, courteous and professional. We will call them whenever we have a flooring project.
