Rabbit Companies

Rabbit Companies is an Andover, Massachusetts outfit that says it has spent about four years leveling and clearing land, plus taking down trees and stumps, with a three-person crew. The two reviews on its Thumbtack profile are both five stars and both specific: one homeowner said the crew filled a large area in a single day on just a few days' notice at a reasonable price, and another called the work top notch for the money. There isn't much public history to go on yet — just those two reviews, both on Thumbtack — so it's worth asking for a couple more references before committing to a bigger job. For a straightforward grading, clearing, or tree-removal job, the early word is fast turnaround at a fair price; anyone with more riding on the outcome will want more than two reviews to lean on.
