A customer who returned to Raisanen Landscaping for a water feature said two patios installed eight years earlier had not shifted. In that July 2026 Google review, the customer praised Dave's use of rocks to channel the water and blend the feature into the existing landscape. Walkways, stone steps, patios and lawn work appear throughout customers' descriptions of hiring this Merrimack company. Raisanen says Dave Raisanen started the business in Nashua in 1984 before it relocated to Merrimack. It advertises property maintenance, hardscaping, irrigation, water features, hydroseeding and commercial winter services. Its stated service area includes Merrimack, Hudson, Nashua, Bedford, Amherst, Milford, Hollis and Windham. Recent customers describe both construction and maintenance. A July 2026 reviewer praised a new front walkway. A May 2026 customer described new granite stairs and a patio, while another that month said the crew leveled a former pool area and brought topsoil through a side yard using a small machine. That customer also praised quick scheduling and the price. A separate May review described fall cleanup and bark mulching at residential and commercial properties. Older accounts add irrigation and lawn restoration. In July 2024, a customer described patio repairs, a yard rebuild following a pool installation, planting beds, seeding, mulching and irrigation repairs and extensions. An October 2023 customer said Raisanen removed a lawn, smoothed and tamped the terrain and hydroseeded after moss and stump removal had left pooling areas; the customer reported no pooling after a rainstorm the next day. A July 2024 reviewer described a larger project with paver walkways, planting-bed changes, rock-wall repairs, loam and sod, completed two days before the customer's Fourth of July party. Google reports a 4.7-star average from 56 ratings. The BBB grade is A+. Two complaints concern conduct around the property and communication. An August 2026 Google reviewer said crews blew dirt, grass clippings and debris onto cars and patios, and parked trucks near street corners in ways the reviewer considered dangerous. In June 2022, a caller seeking a lawn-installation quote said a message went unanswered. By contrast, a May 2026 contractor who hired Raisanen as a subcontractor praised clear communication about timelines and expectations.
