Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. BBB gives it an A+ grade and lists it as unaccredited. Google shows a 4.7-star average from 60 ratings. An April 2026 homeowner praised the politeness and tidiness of Willy and Andy, along with the wider team's handling of the project. In a March 2026 review, another customer described choosing Pella replacement windows after receiving two manufacturer options; the customer said Angel and Marvin handled the installation efficiently and stayed until the customer was happy with the work. A January 2026 reviewer discussing a Canton job praised clear communication, realistic timelines, and Derek's responsiveness. The older accounts describe work across several parts of the home. In April 2023, a homeowner with a 1912 house said re:fab redesigned the bathroom, updated electrical work, moved the laundry upstairs, and brought plumbing up to code. That customer described punctual tradespeople, a clean construction area, and questions and concerns being answered. A July 2024 repeat customer praised kitchen remodeling and painting, flexible scheduling, and an office call to check how the project was going. A November 2023 reviewer described exterior painting that required preparation for peeling paint and wood rot. In June 2024, another customer praised carpentry repairs followed by painting and Sarah's check-ins during the work. There are complaints about the work, too. A July 2026 reviewer described an inexperienced crew and poor oversight on a 50-deck project, with several dissatisfied customers. In May 2025, a homeowner reported basement floor and wall repairs that went poorly, including fumes that made the house uninhabitable for days. The reviewer said the product manufacturer did not recommend the material for residential use and described footprints, bubbles, hair, and an uneven finish in the floor. The customer credited the electrician's work but said other companies were hired to replace the floor and fix the leaking wall crack.
