RE/MAX Real Estate Center is a Plymouth office of the national RE/MAX franchise, working residential, commercial, and rental listings across a wide swath of eastern Massachusetts — the company's own site names towns from Foxboro and Fall River to Chelmsford and Worcester alongside Plymouth itself. On Google, where the office holds a 3.8-star average from 10 ratings, the customer accounts on file pull in different directions. In a 2025 review, a client who says they've dealt with the firm often called it out by name as one they'd recommend. But the two negative accounts on file both center on the same frustration — getting left hanging. Writing in April 2026, one reviewer says an agent named Kelly went silent on plans to see an apartment despite several messages, and in a 2024 review another client says an agent named Tremblay canceled a Kingston open house the day it was scheduled, after people had already rearranged weekend plans around it. Neither complaint is about the quality of a sale or a listing — both are about whether the person on the other end shows up when they say they will. That's worth asking about directly before committing time to a showing or open house here: confirm who the specific agent is, and get a same-day contact method in case plans change. It's also worth knowing that some of what turns up searching this name is unrelated to service — automated posts on r/tradedboston just logging multifamily sale prices around the region, not commentary on how this firm handled a deal. This is a large, multi-town brokerage rather than a boutique shop, so the day-to-day experience is likely to vary by which agent picks up. For a straightforward listing or a well-scheduled showing it's a reasonable call; when a specific date and time matters — an open house, a scheduled viewing — get it confirmed the day before.

Ghosted by Kelly about an apartment I had planned to see. Super unprofessional in my opinion. I left several messages and can’t believe how little regard for other people’s time Real estate agents can have. Common courtesy goes a long way.
Excellent Real Estate Firm! I have dealt with them often, and I highly recommend them.
Tremblay canceled an open house in Kingston, MA the day of which is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to the people who alter their weekend plans to show up. I understand if it goes under contract and you have to cancel up to the day before, but the day of is simply unacceptable. Terrible, terrible practices are normalized in real estate and they need to be called out.
