10/10 would recommend to anyone. Bobby was great, responsive, professional, personable and incredibly easy to work with. In early March, we contacted him about the possibility of selling or house, but after the pandemic struck we put aside our efforts to sell. Cue to September, we decided to move forward with selling and so we got in touch with him again. He visited the house on a Monday, hosted an open house on the following Sunday, and by the following Monday morning we had over ten offers. His experience was most evident through his ability to explain the whole process to us. The process went so smoothly because Bobby had predicted and communicated to us potential problems and hold-ups, which allowed us to plan accordingly and greatly reduced our stress levels. Buying a house went equally smooth, he helped us find our dream house in a very difficult market for buyers. We decided to use his recommendations for an inspector and lawyer and they were both great. Both were professional and made the process smooth. Perhaps as important as his experience was Bobby's enthusiasm. Its clear that he loved his job and we really had fun both selling our house and house hunting. Additionally, he and his wife are involved in local charity thats raises fund for ALS care and research, ALSone. A good person and a good realtor. 5 stars
